Hertford is a large site with over 250 pitches and is situated close to the town's university. Named after the nearby town, it is a great base from which to explore the local countryside, while just a mile away, Hertford itself has lots to keep the family entertained, including Hatfield House and Paradise Wildlife Park. It is also just a half-hour train journey from central London, with the station a 20-minute stroll from the site.

Seasonal pitches are available at Hertford, which is open all year round, with hardstanding and grass pitches with electric hook-ups are offered alongside standard hardstanding or grass-only plots. Facilities include everything you would expect from the Camping and Caravanning Club, with showers, toilets and washbasins provided alongside washing machines, Wi-Fi and dishwashing provisions. Battery charging and ice-pack freezing facilities are also available at this pet-friendly park.

Open to both members and non-members, per night prices at Hertford in the high season are £9.45 per adult and £2.95 for children, with a members' family deal costing £23.55. Non-members have to pay an additional £7.10 per pitch, per night.
