Bailey of Bristol has revamped its flagship Unicorn range with lower weights and more top-end specification
Incorporating over 65 years of experience, it’s easy to see why Bailey’s flagship Unicorn range – now in its third generation – remains as popular as ever before. The twin-axle, four-berth Unicorn Barcelona combines both space and luxury with lots of updates for 2015.
The exterior, featuring Bailey’s patented Alu-Tech body shell ensures a dry interior whatever the weather thanks to the exclusion of external fixing points and concealed awning channels on both sides of the ‘Polar white’ new aero-dynamic and aesthetically enhanced bodyshell profile.
Stepping inside, the Barcelona’s central kitchen features a Dometic 190 litre fridge and freezer with electronic ignition, Thetford Caprice combined oven, grill and hob, as well as duel-fuel hob with electric hotplate and three gas burners.
The new Bailey premium quality ‘Mendip Ash’ furtniture finish along with standard Kensington soft furnishings or optional Trafalgar soft furnishings add a light and airy feel to the Barcelona, whilst superior ‘Honeycore’ foam construction technology offers you all the comfort you need.
A newly-designed fixed aluminium frame double bed with gas strut assisted opening mechanism towards the rear and two bed conversions in the amply-spaced front living area should provide you with more comfort and a perfect nights rest, making the Barcelona ideal for a family or couples with guests.
Furthermore, the front living room is sure to provide plenty of space with internal floor space coming in at up to 15 per cent bigger for 2015 and with seats up to ten per cent longer.
If you thought you’d miss your favourite television programmes whilst away, think again – with a dual position slide-out TV bracket which can accommodate a TV up to 18.5″ the arguments over who controls the remote will, unfortunately, look set to continue.
