An appeal has been launched to trace the owner of a caravan dumped on Holland Marshes
The caravan has been collected by Tendring District Council (TDC) and is being stored until Friday. If it has not been collected it will be disposed of.
TDC has received some information about a possible owner, but not enough to take any action. It has a registration of E202 YHJ and was dumped over the weekend of November 5/6.
Michael Talbot, TDC’s cabinet member for environment, said: “If we discover who is responsible we will take action as the cost of removal and disposal will come out of the public purse. I would urge anyone who knows who the caravan belongs to, to get in touch.”
