The Caravan Club announces reopening of Club sites following redevelopment works

Freshwater East Caravan Club Site and White Water Park Caravan Club Site taking bookings now following redevelopment

The Caravan Club has announced its Freshwater East Caravan Club Site and White Water Park Caravan Club Site are now open for bookings following exciting redevelopment work.

For those looking to escape for the summer, Freshwater East will be open for stays after Thursday 21 July 2016, whilst White Water Park will open up to those looking to get away from it all from after 25 August 2016.

Both sites have seen extensive redevelopment work carried out to make each sites’ facilities better and more well equipped for all season caravanning. Freshwater East Caravan Club Site, situated in Pembrokeshire National Park, has seen renovation works carried out to toilet blocks, including under floor heating for an added touch of luxury. New disabled facilities, a laundry and inside dishwashing area have also been introduced.

The site also now includes wider touring pitches for members to enjoy, and 11 grass pitches have been transformed into serviced pitches. The site reception has also benefitted from some work and a new children’s play area is sure to appeal to the little ones.

The stunning scenery surrounding Freshwater East Caravan Club Site makes of the perfect choice and is a popular setting for walkers and those looking to relax alike.

Meanwhile, White Water Park Caravan Club Site in Stockton-on-Tees has also seen some major improvements made over the winter. Again, toilet blocks have been refurbished, and a new play area and caravan wash area have been built. The Club has also converted some grass pitches to hardstanding pitches and 21 pitches have been converted into serviced pitches.

The entrance to White Water Park, which is opposite Britain’s largest international-standard canoeing and rafting course, has had a makeover and the entry lane has been widened to make it easier for larger outfits. The motorhome waste point has also enjoyed an upgraded to make it more convenient for everyone to use.
