Video shows what happens when a Volvo attempts to jump five caravans
With a recent AA survey revealing that 15 percent of motorists detest caravans when faced with them on the road, it’s no surprise that BBC’s Top Gear looks for any excuse to destroy what we have come to love. And this video is a prime example.
In what is a bit of a blast from the past, watch on as Top Gear’s Richard Hammond revels in the destruction caused by a Volvo attempting to jump over five – yes, five – caravans. It’s pretty safe to say the stunt attempt results in caravan carnage, but thankfully it looked like the poor little caravans had pretty much passed their sell by date.
We’d like to say that no caravans were hurt during the scene you’re about to watch, but we’d be lying; two out of three found themselves out of harms way, but the other three? Let’s just say it’s not pretty.
